CORVANE Clarity for every shipment. Company overview — 10 October 2026 FOUNDERS Harshdeep Athawale, Parth Deshmukh and Aditya Kumar. Contact: corvane.business@gmail.com THE PROBLEM Freight teams receive shipment paperwork, rates and bills across emails, PDFs, scans and messages. Manual reading, retyping and comparison take time. Document mismatches and bill discrepancies need careful review. THE PROPOSED PRODUCT A web-based AI back office for Indian freight forwarders, customs brokers and exporters. AI reads the documents; defined rules compare the numbers; source evidence supports findings; a person reviews and approves drafts. LAUNCH FOCUS 1. Shipment-document checks: compare fields across related paperwork. 2. Freight-bill checks: compare charges with agreed rates and flag possible mismatches, duplicates and unagreed fees. CURRENT STAGE Concept and prototype planning. The website demonstration uses fictional data. No verified customers, revenue, live integrations, certifications or recovered-savings claims are presented. VALIDATION PLAN Speak with freight teams, narrow a repeated workflow, build a focused prototype, and arrange permission-based reviews of redacted historical documents. Agree scope, human review and success criteria before pilots. The initial discovery target is 15 interviews; it is a plan, not traction. BUSINESS MODEL HYPOTHESIS Subscription pricing based on workflow volume. Recovery-share pricing is an option to test only after confirmed credits and attribution are defined. Prices, adoption and willingness to pay remain unvalidated. EXPANSION IDEAS Customer rules, quote and document preparation, dispute and collection workflows, integrations and wider markets. Licensed finance partnerships may be explored later. Corvane is not a carrier or lender. We also welcome workflow feedback and investor conversations. Important: a flagged amount is a potential discrepancy, not recovered money.
