Privacy & enquiries

This page describes the Corvane landing page and its sample walkthrough. The product is at concept and prototype-planning stage.

The sample walkthrough

The freight bill example uses fictional data. Changing its tabs, selecting findings or opening the draft happens in your browser. It does not submit shipment records or send a dispute. The copy button writes the sample text to your clipboard when you choose it.

Contacting the founders

Contact links open your email application with a suggested subject. The Contact page also lets you prepare and review an enquiry locally. Those form fields are not submitted to a Corvane server; you can open a draft in your email app or choose to copy it to your clipboard. An email is sent only when you send it from your email application. The receiving address is corvane.business@gmail.com. Information you choose to include can be used to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending confidential shipment records in an introductory email.

Career applications

Career applications are not submitted to a Corvane server. The application form prepares an email to corvane.business@gmail.com on your device; you add your resume, review it and send it yourself. The email is then handled like any other message to that address: the founders read your name, email, links, project note, visa-sponsorship answer, referral information and resume so they can review your interest and contact you. To ask about an application or request deletion, email corvane.business@gmail.com. Please do not include confidential client or shipment information in your application.

Website services

The website does not include a Corvane analytics tracker, advertising script, account registration or shipment-document-upload service. Fonts and founder photographs are served with the website. The hosting provider may process technical request information under its own policies.

Questions or deletion requests

Email the founders at corvane.business@gmail.com with questions about an enquiry or a request to delete correspondence, identifying the message concerned.

Future product use

Any future pilot involving business documents needs separate agreed terms for access, retention, deletion and confidentiality. This website notice does not establish those pilot terms.
