Understand the work
Plan 15 discovery interviews with forwarders, brokers and exporters. Find the recurring problem, the person who owns it, and the documents that make a useful check possible.
A connected freight back office is the direction. Customer evidence determines how we get there. These are planned stages, with milestones to prove along the way.
SHARE YOUR WORKFLOWCompare shipment documents and freight bills. Bring each finding back to its source.
The current priority is discovery and a narrow prototype. Later ideas remain subject to validation, rather than promises tied to a launch date.

Prototype shipment-document comparisons and freight-bill checks. Connect the finding to its source and make uncertain readings easy to review.
Review appropriately redacted historical bills with permission. Discuss bounded pilots and agree on what the participating team will measure.
Explore quotes, booking preparation, customer-specific rules, collections and system integrations where the first workflows reveal a repeated need.
Explore additional markets and partner services. Any financial or regulated services would need appropriate licensed partners and their own terms.
A dashboard number is only useful when its definition is clear. The validation plan separates the quality of the check from the outcome of the dispute.
How often are the extracted fields right? How often is uncertainty marked correctly, and how much correction does the reviewer need to do?
Do the comparison rules find valid exceptions? Can a reviewer follow the source and reach a decision in the intended workflow?
Does the workflow save review time and solve a recurring problem? Is a customer willing to pay for that value after trying it?
A conversation with your operations or finance team can make the roadmap more precise.
